Delete your Bibliolab account
You can permanently delete your Bibliolab account and associated data directly in the app or by contacting our support team by email.
Option 1: Delete through the app
- Open Bibliolab and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open settings at the bottom right of the app.
- Access the account settings.
- Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send your request to bibliolabsofficial@gmail.com. Use the subject line Bibliolab account deletion request and include the following information:
- The email address associated with your Bibliolab account.
- Your Bibliolab display name or username, if you have one.
- How you sign in, such as email, Google, or Apple.
- Any non-sensitive account detail that helps us locate the account, such as your approximate sign-up date or the title of a saved book.
How we verify ownership
The strongest and simplest proof of ownership is sending the request from the email address registered to your Bibliolab account. We may reply to that address to confirm the request before deleting anything.
If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us in your request. We may ask for additional non-sensitive information that matches the account before we can proceed. For your protection, never send us your password, one-time codes, recovery codes, or complete payment-card details.
What happens next
We will review the request, contact you if ownership confirmation is needed, and confirm by email when the deletion has been completed. If you only want to stop emails or cancel a subscription, mention that in your message instead of requesting account deletion.
